Wake Forest 4/0-4/0-4/0-2/0 is a type of Aluminum URD power transmission cable that is designed for secondary underground power circuits. This cable can be fitted in raceways or directly buried. Wake Forest cable has four conductor, 3 phase conductors and one neutral cable. The phase conductors are each of gauge sizes 4/0 AWG and the neutral is of a 2/0 AWG gauge size. The cable rated for 600 volts with a maximum temperature rating of 90°C. It has an ampacity of 290 amps but when used in ducts the ampacity reduces to 225 amps.
