Our Rubber Cable are designed to withstand extreme weather, oil/grease, mechanical as well as thermal stresses, also using compounds such as Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) and Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene (CSP) as insulating materials. These Rubber Flexible Cable are suitable for a wide range of applications including mobile power supplies, light and heavy duty equipment, and submersible pumps, as welding cables providing power from the machine to the tool, for audio visual equipment, and equipment on construction sites.

What is Welding Cable


Welding cable is the electrical conductor for the welding current. It consists of a series of fine copper strands wrapped inside a non-conductive, durable jacket (typically some type of synthetic or natural rubber of various colors). The fine copper strands give welding cable more flexibility than other types of electrical conductors and the insulating jacket is designed to hold up to repeated movement over rough surfaces. As the current level increases (measured in amperage or amps), the diameter of the welding cable and resulting cross sectional area of the copper stranding needs to increase. 


What is H05RN-F cable?


The H05RN-F cable is the 300/500V variant of the H07RN-F 450/750V cable, with Class 5 flexible copper conductor cross-sectional area sizes of 0.75mm2 and 1mm2 only. It is available in 2 core, 3 core and 4 core variants as standard. It is manufactured in accordance with VDE 0282 Part 4. This harmonised cable is suitable for light-duty flexible trailing applications subject to low mechanical strain, for both indoors and temporary outdoor installations. They can be used in dry, damp and wet environments. 

Conductors: Class 5 flexible bare copper to EN 60228, IEC 60228
Insulation: EPR (Ethylene-Propylene Rubber) type EI4
Cores: 2 core: Brown, Blue
3 core: Brown, Blue, Green/Yellow
Sheath: PCP (Elastomeric Reticulated Polychloroprene) or other equivalent synthetic elastomer type EM2
Standards: Flame retardant to CEI 20-19/4 (HD 22.4-EN 50525-2-21), RoHS 2011/65/UE
Application: This cable is suitable in domestic premises, kitchen, offices, portable light appliances and light mechanical stresses. This cable is unsuitable for underground laying.
 


What is H07RN-F Cable?


H07RN-F Cable is a heavy-duty rubber flexible cable that is designed for electrical power supply that has a voltage rating of 450/750V. H07RN-F power cables are manufactured with a conductive copper core, ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation and a polychloroprene (PCP) outer sheath. Therefore it provides high flexibility and is able to withstand chemical, mechanical and thermal stresses. H07RN-F cable is suitable for applications such as handling equipment, mobile power supplies, construction sites, stage and audio visual equipment, port areas and dams. Finally, H07RN-F Cable mains leads are considered heavy duty and flame retardant, as a result the leads are suitable for use in severe industrial environments.
