What is FTG18OM16 Cable?
FTG18OM16 cable is fire-resistant, multicore cables for energy, flexible power cable. FTG18OM16 cable insulated with G18 rubber compound insulated, with special thermoplastic outer sheath, M16 quality, halogen free, not propagating fire with low smoke emission.
The Application of FTG18OM16 Cable
FTG18OM16 Cable suitable for bundle installations in environments at higher risk in case of fire due to the high crowding density or the high displacement time in case of fire, or for the high damage to animals and things such as, for example, air terminals , railway stations, harbour stations, subways, road and rail tunnels, as per Standard CEI 64-8: V4 section 751.04.3a having reaction class to fire B2ca-s1a, d1, a1. For cables installed in railway tunnels falling within the field of application of UE Regulation 1303/2014, refer to the requirements given by the regulation itself.
FTG18OM16 Cable suitable for indoor or outdoor environments, even wet, for fixed installation in laying air, in pipes or ducts, on masonry and metal structures or suspended; buried installation allowed. Further instructions and warnings for the use of these cables are given in the CEI 20-67 standard.
