RE-2Y(St)YSWAY-fl PIMF / TIMF specifically designed for chemical plants, petrochemical plants, power stations and natural gas and oil facilities for transmitting analogue and digital signals within instrumentation and control systems. Instrument cables must not be directly connected to low-impedance sources such as mains power. Blue sheathed cables are suitable for intrinsically safe systems. The inner armoured layer protects the cable from mechanical impact. This cable is recommended for direct burial installation and is suitable for indoor or outdoor installation in dry or damp environments. It may be laid in trays, cable ladders or conduits.
