RE-Y(St)Y-fl Application：

RE-Y(St)Y-fl cables are used for the transmission of analogue and digital signals within instrumentation and control systems in chemical and petrochemical industrial plants, power stations, natural gas and oil facilities, and similar installations. Instrumentation cables must not be connected directly to low-impedance power sources, such as mains electricity. Direct burial of these cables is not recommended. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor installation in dry and damp locations; on racks, trays, and within conduits.

Binder Tape	Polyester foil on overall cable core formed by stranded pairs
Collective Screen	Aluminum/polyester foil with a tinned copper drain wire in direct contact with the metallic side of the foil
Outer Sheath	Flame retardant PVC compound to EN50290-2-22 Blue for intrinsically safe cable Black for UV resistant and/or non-instrinsically safe cable Other colours on request
