What is RE-2X(St)H..CI?

RE-2X(St)H..CI cable is designed for industries utilizing communications and instrumentation, such as oil exploration, cement, paper, steel, power generation, and intrinsically safe systems in hazardous areas (e.g., petrochemical plants and thermal power plants) to monitor measurement equipment in process automation applications. HFFR types exhibit low flammability in fire conditions, are largely self-extinguishing, produce low smoke density, and do not release toxic or corrosive gases during combustion. Additionally, their specialized design provides at least 180 minutes of circuit integrity under fire conditions.



RE-2X(St)H-PIMF / TIMF..CI cables connect instruments and control systems for indoor transmission of analog or digital signals. Not designed for power supply, they must not be directly connected to mains power or other low-impedance sources. Recommended for applications requiring circuit integrity maintenance during fire conditions.
