Winding Wire For Submersible Motors Description:

Winding wire for submersible motors is made of high-quality electrical round copper wire or enameled round copper wire as conductor, a variety of fluoroplastics or special engineering plastic insulation sheath, with excellent waterproof performance, electrical performance, frequency conversion use and strong mechanical properties, suitable for all kinds of water-filled, oil-filled high-temperature diving motors or similar conditions of electrical appliances, driving devices, especially ground heat pumps, and in line with environmental protection standards. Submersible winding wire is suitable for voltage 4KV-10KV,  temperature -40 ℃-200 ℃, frequency 50Hz-60Hz, weak acid and alkali salt and oil resistance. The product performance is stable and reliable during use.

Winding Wire For Submersible Motors Feature:

1.Waterproof sealing without water leakage
It uses multi-layered, dense, non-porous special insulating structures and materials (e.g. cross-linked polyethylene, polyamideimide, polyesterimide, PEEK, etc.).
2.High and stable electrical insulation performance under  high pressure, high temperature, high humidity and corrosive underwater environments for a long time
Even under high temperature and high pressure, the insulating layer will not be crushed, deformed or cracked, and can maintain stable and reliable electrical insulation performance for a long time to withstand the working voltage and possible over-voltage impact.
3.Excellent mechanical strength and durability
The insulation layer has good adhesion and toughness and can withstand bending and stretching during the winding process and is not easy to crack or peel off.
