RZ1-K RZ1-K(AS) Cable

RZ1-K Cable Description:

RZ1-K cable indicates a halogen-free, flexible cable with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and a halogen-free polyolefin outer sheath, designed for indoor fixed applications with a voltage rating is 0.6/1kV and 1.8/3kV.  RZ1-K cables include the 2-core, 3-core, 4-core and 5-core variations, with and without earth. In RZ1-K (AS) cable the (AS) references the flame retardant properties of the cable, meeting not only the single vertical flame test of IEC 60332-1-2 (as RZ1-K), but also the bunched cables fire test of IEC 60332-3-24. In the event of fire, it does not emit toxic gases, nor does it give off corrosive gases, avoiding any possible damage to people or electronic equipment. For these reasons it is highly recommended for use in public places such as: hospitals, schools, museums, airports, bus terminals, shopping malls, offices, laboratories, etc. This cable generally has a green outersheath which is UV stable and suitable for direct exposure to sunlight. It is also available with black sheathing.
